Job Description

The Digital Media Marketing Executive plays a vital role in developing and implementing online marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads across digital platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of digital tools, trends, and content creation strategies to execute impactful campaigns across social media, search engines, email, and other digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of analytics, creative thinking, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Develop engaging content for websites, blogs, emails, and social media to attract and retain target audiences. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, generating regular performance reports. Optimize digital marketing campaigns using SEO/SEM techniques and A/B testing. Collaborate with the creative team for visuals, videos, and graphic assets for campaigns. Stay updated on the latest digital trends, technologies, and best practices. Manage company's online presence and reputation through active engagement and response. Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies for campaign execution.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience in digital marketing or social media management. Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and email marketing platforms. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and online advertising strategies. Creative mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus. Experience in presentation skills.
