Key Responsibilities:

Drive revenue growth through
client acquisition, promotions, and partnerships

Manage and enhance the
salon's social media presence
, digital marketing campaigns, and online engagement.
Build and maintain relationships with
VIP clients, corporate partners, and influencers

Create and implement
customer loyalty programs
and promotional offers to enhance client retention.
Conduct
market research
to identify trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
Collaborate with the salon team to ensure
exceptional customer experience
and satisfaction.
Monitor and analyze
sales performance, marketing ROI, and customer feedback
to optimize strategies.
Represent the salon at
networking events, exhibitions, and industry-related gatherings
to generate leads.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales and marketing within the salon, grooming, or beauty industry
(preferably in Dubai).
Strong knowledge of
digital marketing, social media strategies, and online promotions
.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop and execute
creative marketing campaigns
that drive foot traffic and online engagement.
Experience in managing
advertising campaigns, influencer collaborations, and PR activities
.
Goal-oriented with a
track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
.
Knowledge of
CRM systems and marketing analytics tools
is a plus.
Fluency in
English
