Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Executive (B2B) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, with strong communication skills and a proven ability to exceed sales targets.

Job Responsibilities - Sales Executive:

Manage the entire sales cycle from initial engagement to deal closure. Schedule meetings with decision-makers and present company services on-site. Achieve sales targets and KPIs (meetings, new customers, and revenue). Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

Job Responsibilities - Marketing Executive:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote services and boost client engagement. Manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid ads. Collaborate with the design team to create content such as brochures, newsletters, and social media posts. Analyze market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities. Report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Skills and Knowledge:

Strong understanding of marketing and negotiation techniques. Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate. Ability to quickly learn and adapt in a competitive environment. Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, AdWords, social media platforms). Knowledge of UAE market trends is a plus.

Qualification and Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 2+ years of experience in UAE (B2B sales) and marketing roles. Proven track record as a Sales Executive or similar role. UAE driving license is a plus.

AED 3,500 to 5,000
