As our Middle East presence continues to grow, we are now looking for a

Digital Project Manager

to join our Strategic Design Studio and help us deliver complex, high-quality digital engagements with clarity, care and excellence.

Collaboration and effective coordination are at the heart of ATOLYE's project delivery model. Our teams of designers, strategists and technologists work closely with our clients to immerse them in human-centred design processes and co-create meaningful solutions to complex challenges.


The

Digital Project Manager

plays a critical role in making this possible.


You will work as part of ATOLYE's Strategic Design Studio to plan, scope and deliver high-quality digital and technology-enabled projects -- ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and to the highest standard of quality.


You will own the end-to-end project lifecycle: from proposal development and resourcing, through delivery and client communication, to project closure and evaluation. You will act as the connective tissue between clients, internal teams and collaborators -- creating clarity, structure and momentum across each engagement.

Main Responsibilities

Coordinating project plans, timelines, scopes and team structures across multiple digital engagements Developing proposals and project plans for new engagements, and owning responsibility for budgets from proposal stage through to project closure Working closely with Design Leads, Technology partners and Facilitators to enable strong collaboration and smooth delivery Facilitating clear communication between internal teams, external collaborators and client stakeholders Managing risks, dependencies, scope changes and delivery challenges proactively Ensuring high standards of quality, client satisfaction and delivery excellence Providing internal and external project reporting and documentation Contributing to the continuous improvement of ATOLYE's project management tools, processes and delivery practices Supporting business development and account growth alongside Account Directors and Studio Leadership

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum

5 years' professional experience

in project management within design studios, consultancies, digital agencies or product-led organisations (international experience is a plus) Strong understanding of

digital project delivery

, including technology-enabled services, platforms or products Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to build trust across multidisciplinary teams Confidence working with senior client stakeholders and internal leadership High attention to detail, while maintaining a strong strategic and holistic view of projects Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously within time and budget constraints Excellent knowledge of project management principles, tools and methodologies (Agile, SCRUM and/or hybrid approaches) Strong facilitation, storytelling and communication skills -- able to bring structure to complexity and guide teams through ambiguity Comfortable working in dynamic, evolving environments with changing scopes and multidisciplinary teams A proactive, reflective mindset with a strong desire to improve systems, ways of working and client impact
