Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Digital Project Manager to join our growing web team. This role will support the day-to-day management of web maintenance tasks and small-to-mid-sized web projects. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced agency environment and be confident managing timelines, communicating with clients, and collaborating with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and SEO specialists.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Task Management

Manage and coordinate day-to-day client web maintenance requests and small website projects Create clear, actionable briefs for designers and developers based on client input Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure timely delivery Track tasks using project management tools such as Monday.com
Client Communication

Serve as the main point of contact for web maintenance clients Provide timely updates on tasks, timelines, and resolutions Schedule and attend client calls as needed to clarify project goals and issues
Quality Assurance

Review development and design outputs before sending to clients Coordinate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and collate client feedback Ensure all tasks meet internal QA standards before delivery
Documentation & Support

Maintain detailed documentation of all projects, updates, and decisions Assist with scoping new web tasks and supporting proposals for small projects Support the Lead Project Manager and senior team with larger project components as required

Required Skills & Experience

1-2 years experience in a digital agency, ideally in a project coordination or account support role Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Confident communicator, both written and verbal Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively Familiarity with CMS platforms (especially WordPress) Basic understanding of web development processes and timelines Experience with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Trello, Asana) Bonus: Experience with Figma, QA tools, or writing developer briefs
