Job Summary

INNOVEX Agency is seeking a results-driven and highly organized Creative & Digital Project Manager to lead and coordinate internal and client-facing projects across Creative, Marketing, Tech, Sales, and Admin departments. The ideal candidate will drive smooth execution, cross-team alignment, and timely delivery of all deliverables while proactively managing resources, timelines, and priorities. Familiarity with Zoho Projects or similar tools is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

o? ?Plan, manage, and execute projects from kickoff to delivery across multiple departments.

o? ?Create and maintain detailed timelines, workflows, and task assignments in Zoho Projects.

o? ?Monitor project status, proactively identify delays or risks, and provide solutions.

o? ?Facilitate team meetings and ensure ongoing alignment on goals, milestones, and deadlines.

o? ?Serve as the central communication point between internal teams and upper management.

o? ?Ensure all project documentation, briefs, and deliverables are updated and accessible.

o? ?Support department leads with task prioritization, load balancing, and forecasting.

o? ?Continuously evaluate and improve internal processes for greater efficiency and clarity

Requirements

o? ?2+ years of experience as a Project Manager (preferably in a creative, digital, or marketing agency).

o? ?Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

o? ?Strong understanding of project management principles and tools.

o? ?Experience with Zoho Projects or similar systems (Asana, ClickUp, Trello, etc.).

o? ?Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

o? ?Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of problem-solving on the fly.

o? ?Fluency in English is required. Arabic is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
