About the Role

LM Exchange LLC is expanding into digital financial services and is seeking a visionary Digital Head to lead our digital products initiatives. This is a strategic leadership position responsible for building, launching, and scaling our next-generation digital wallet ecosystem, aligned with CBUAE regulatory standards.

You will lead the digital transformation journey - overseeing product strategy, partnerships, user experience, and regulatory compliance for our suite of fintech solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and rollout of LM Exchange's E-Wallet Platform (mobile app, web portal, and backend systems). Develop and implement the digital roadmap in alignment with the company's business strategy and CBUAE fintech guidelines. Manage partnerships with BIN sponsor banks, card schemes, payment gateways, and technology vendors. Drive digital customer acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies. Ensure AML/KYC, data protection, and transaction security compliance across all digital products. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Risk, Compliance, Operations, IT) and external regulators for product approval and launch. Lead a multidisciplinary team covering UX/UI, digital marketing, technology development, and analytics.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Digital Banking, Business, or Finance. 5 years of experience in digital banking, fintech, or the payments industry. Proven experience in launching or managing E-Wallets, Prepaid Cards, or Payment Gateways in the UAE or GCC. Strong understanding of CBUAE Stored Value Facilities (SVF) regulations, AML/KYC standards, and payment industry compliance. Demonstrated success in digital transformation, product innovation, and partnership management. Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience working with BIN sponsor banks and card schemes. Technical familiarity with APIs, fintech integrations, and mobile app development. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance innovation, compliance, and profitability. Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities.
