About the Role:

Lemar Corporate Services Provider is looking for a

Digital Marketing & Web Development Specialist

to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This role combines strategic digital marketing execution with hands-on technical web development. The ideal candidate is both creatively driven and technically skilled -- capable of leading marketing campaigns while maintaining high-performing websites and digital systems.

Key Responsibilities:Digital Marketing

Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies to boost online visibility and generate qualified leads. Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) platforms. Manage targeted email marketing campaigns including automation, segmentation, and performance tracking. Implement SEO strategies across all areas: on-page, off-page, and technical SEO. Handle content marketing initiatives -- including landing pages, blogs, and compelling website copy. Maintain and grow our brand presence across all key social platforms: Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, etc.

Web & Technical

Maintain and optimize all Lemar websites for speed, security, and SEO performance. Execute backend development tasks using PHP and Laravel, including debugging, feature rollouts, and system updates. Ensure responsive, mobile-friendly, and intuitive web interfaces with strong UX/UI practices. Manage integrations for e-commerce and lead-generation funnels with performance tracking and A/B testing. Set up and oversee Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking mechanisms.

Content & Media

Collaborate with graphic designers and content writers to develop a cohesive monthly content plan. Write and optimize blog posts, service descriptions, and campaign content for engagement and search engine visibility. Record, edit, and publish short-form videos and motion graphics for ad campaigns and social media.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience (3+ years) in digital marketing and full-stack web development. Proficiency in Laravel/PHP, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms (especially WordPress). Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and social media analytics. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a plus. Excellent project management, communication, and content creation skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
