Job Summary

We are seeking a versatile and skilled

Digital Marketing & Web Developer Specialist

to handle digital campaigns, website development, CRM management, and domain/hosting operations. This role requires creativity, technical expertise, and strong marketing skills to drive online growth, generate leads, and ensure seamless digital operations.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing

Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok, and other platforms. Develop and implement SEO/SEM strategies and manage Google My Business for improved rankings and visibility. Create and manage engaging content for social media, blogs, and ad campaigns to increase reach, followers, and lead generation. Manage Amazon UAE, Noon, and other e-commerce platforms, including product listings, optimization, and ad campaigns. Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, database segmentation, and lead nurturing. Track, analyze, and report performance using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and ad dashboards.

Web Development & CRM

Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites (WordPress, Shopify, or custom CMS). Customize and manage CRM modules to support client and business needs. Ensure regular updates, backups, and security patches for websites and CRM. Collaborate with design and sales teams to develop landing pages, creatives, and marketing collaterals.

Domain & Hosting Management

Manage domain registration, renewals, DNS setup, email configuration, and hosting servers. Ensure SSL certification, security updates, and smooth website functionality. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to domains, hosting, and integrations.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred). UAE 2-4 years of proven UAE experience in digital marketing, web development, and CRM management. Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, SEO, SEM, and social media management. Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL. Experience with WordPress, Shopify, or similar platforms. Hands-on knowledge of CRM systems (Zoho, Salesforce, or custom CRM). Familiarity with domain/hosting management (cPanel, DNS, SSL, email setup). Strong copywriting and content creation skills for ads and social media. Knowledge of Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and SEO tools. Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

Salary & Benefits

Salary:

AED 2,500 - AED 3,000 per month
