Job Description

We are a creative and growing interior design company seeking a talented Digital Marketing & Content Creation Specialist with strong skills in photography, videography, video editing, and digital marketing. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about design, visual storytelling, and creating high-impact content that showcases our interior design projects across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across social media, website, and email campaigns. Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photos and videos of interior design projects, including before-and-after transformations, site walkthroughs, and design features. Create engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube ), including Reels, Stories, and posts. Design and manage content calendars and ensure timely posting across all channels. Run and monitor online ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) to increase brand visibility and generate qualified leads. Maintain the company website and support SEO and blog content initiatives. Analyze digital campaign performance and prepare regular performance reports using Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite. Collaborate with the design team to align content with project timelines and brand messaging.

Requirements

2+ years of digital marketing experience in the UAE, preferably in interior design, real estate, or creative industries.

Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Cap Cut, Final Cut Pro, etc.). Strong skills in photography and videography - including shooting, lighting, and composition. Familiarity with Canva, Lightroom, Photoshop, and other content creation tools. Solid understanding of social media algorithms, engagement strategies, and ad platforms. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced creative environment.
