As we continue to expand, we are seeking dynamic individuals to join our team of passionate professionals. Position: Marketing Manager (Automotive) : We are seeking a skilled Marketing Manager to oversee our car showrooms marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing strategies, digital marketing, and branding, with a passion for the automotive industry. The Marketing Manager will work closely with the sales team to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase sales revenue. Responsibilities & Duties
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to achieve company objectives, including but not limited to brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
  • Manage all aspects of digital campaigns, including planning, budgeting, implementation, and optimization across multiple channels such as search engines, social media, email, and display advertising.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling content and assets for digital campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and target audience preferences.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and industry developments in digital marketing, and proactively recommend innovative strategies to drive business growth.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools and platforms to streamline processes, personalize communications, and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Collaborate with external agencies, vendors, and partners as needed to support digital marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices to optimize website content and improve organic search visibility.
  • Stay compliant with relevant regulations and guidelines governing digital marketing activities, such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM Act.
Education Requirements
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a minimum of [X] years in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including but not limited to Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and content for digital channels.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and experimentation in digital marketing strategies.
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience with web content management systems (e.g., WordPress) is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads certification, HubSpot certification) are desirable but not required.
Requirements: \xe2\x97\x8f Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is a (MUST). \xe2\x97\x8f Proven experience as a Marketing Team Leader/Manager in the automotive industry is a (MUST). \xe2\x97\x8f Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools & techniques. \xe2\x97\x8f Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. \xe2\x97\x8f Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. \xe2\x97\x8f Creative thinker with a passion for marketing & branding. \xe2\x97\x8f Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset. \xe2\x97\x8f Fluency in English (MUST); proficiency in other languages is an (Advantage) such as: (French, Russian, Swahili, Arabic, Urdu). \xe2\x97\x8f Valid UAE driver\'s license (Advantage).
