We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads through online platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute marketing campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, WhatsApp, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
Create content, captions, and ad designs tailored for real estate
Generate high-quality leads for sales & leasing
Manage CRM and track campaign performance
Optimize campaigns for best ROI
Requirements:
Proven experience in digital marketing for real estate
Strong knowledge of paid ads and social media trends
Ability to target UAE audience and other countries
Excellent communication and analytical skills
We Offer:
AED 5,000 + AED 500 for every closed deal from generated leads
