Key Responsibilities:
Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads & Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns
Create performance-driven strategies that generate high-quality leads and boost conversions
Conduct thorough keyword research and implement on-page/off-page SEO
Manage and improve our website traffic, search rankings, and organic visibility
Develop and implement email marketing and retargeting strategies
Analyze campaign performance, prepare detailed reports, and make data-backed decisions
Collaborate with content creators, designers, and sales teams to align marketing efforts
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing
Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO (both technical and content-driven)
Strong understanding of tourism audience behavior and digital booking funnels
Ability to manage marketing budgets and optimize ad spend for maximum ROI
Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
Excellent communication, reporting, and analytical skills
Creative mindset with a results-driven approach
