Job Description

We are seeking a highly creative, results-driven, and proactive Senior Digital Marketing Expert to lead and execute our digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of paid advertising on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google platforms, with a proven track record of consistently delivering strong ROI. This role requires an individual who thrives on overcoming marketing challenges, meticulously analyzing market trends and competition, and continuously optimizing campaigns for peak performance. A positive, energetic approach and a commitment to continuous improvement are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Development: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, focusing on customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Paid Campaign Management:
Design, set up, and manage high-performing paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads platforms.
Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy creation to maximize campaign effectiveness.
Monitor campaign performance daily, making real-time adjustments and optimizations to budgets, bids, and targeting.
A/B test various ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign elements to continuously improve results.
Performance Optimization & Analysis: Consistently track, analyze, and report on key digital marketing metrics (e.g., ROI, CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates).

Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads) to derive actionable insights.
Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven optimizations to enhance campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
Gather feedback from sales and other relevant teams to inform and refine marketing strategies.
Market & Competitor Analysis:
Conduct ongoing research into market trends, industry best practices, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
Monitor competitor activities and advertising strategies to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Develop and implement proactive strategies to respond to market shifts and competitive pressures.
Creativity & Innovation:
Generate innovative and compelling ad creatives (visuals and copy) that resonate with target audiences.
Continuously explore new advertising formats, targeting options, and growth opportunities.
Problem Solving & Adaptability:
Demonstrate a strong ability to identify and overcome digital marketing challenges, finding creative solutions to complex problems.
Maintain a high level of consistency in campaign performance and results, even amidst changing market conditions.
Collaboration & Communication:
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including content creators, sales, and product development, to ensure integrated marketing efforts.
Clearly communicate campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook Ads Manager) and Google Ads platforms, with a strong emphasis on performance marketing.
Demonstrable track record of consistently achieving strong ROI and key performance indicators.
Highly creative with a strong ability to develop engaging ad copy and visual concepts.
Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

Certifications in Google Ads (Search, Display, Video), Meta Blueprint.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
