Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven

Digital Marketing Expert

with proven experience in running

Meta (Facebook/Instagram)

and

Google Ads

campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the

gaming

or

online trading

industry and be passionate about performance marketing, user acquisition, and ROI-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize

Meta Ads

and

Google Ads

campaigns across multiple platforms. Create and manage paid marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, traffic, and conversion. Analyze campaign performance and prepare detailed reports using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other tools. Optimize ad creatives, A/B testing, audience targeting, and bidding strategies to meet KPIs. Coordinate with design and content teams to develop compelling ad assets. Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and ad platform updates. Track conversions, lead generation funnels, and retention metrics specifically in gaming or trading verticals.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience managing

Meta and Google Ads

. Experience working in the

gaming

or

online trading/financial

industry is

highly preferred

. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. Familiarity with tracking tools like Google Tag Manager, Pixel, UTM tracking, etc. Understanding of funnel marketing, user behavior, and performance metrics. Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and project management skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with affiliate marketing and influencer collaborations. Basic knowledge of SEO and organic growth tactics. Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation.
