As a Digital Development Officer, you will design, develop and support implementation of the digital learning solutions that meet the needs of the organisation and the employee of the future.
In this role, you will:

• Design, develop and deliver a range of digital learning experiences and development solutions.

• Employ evidence-based learning principles to guide the creation of learning materials.

• Promote the incorporation of digital learning tools into other experience solutions, in alignment with the dnata digital strategy.

• Leverage existing and emerging authoring tools to ensure a high quality of digital learning content.

• Uplift existing learning experiences and constantly scan for emerging tools and techniques.

• Maintain a level of subject matter expertise and constantly scan the digital learning landscape for emerging tool and techniques.

To be considered for the role, you must meet the below requirements:

Qualification A Level or Graduate Experience: 1+ yrs or a graduate program with experience in a digital development environment Knowledge/skills: - Knowledge on content creation/authoring tools like Articulate 360, Vyond, Videoscribe, Camtasia - Strong organisational and communication skills. - Able to use initiative and take responsibility with a positive attitude to deliver effective results. - Self-motivated with an intellectual curiosity and ability to think critically. - An excellent team player with an open and flexible approach, able to adapt quickly to changing business needs - Resilient with the capacity to persevere through challenges with a positive outlook - Digitally literate and an advocate for the digital transformation of the employee experience - Future-focused with a desire to seek out and recommend opportunities for improvement, efficiencies and innovation Leadership Role : NO
