. The officer will play a critical role in enhancing the firm's market presence and building strong relationships with clients across various industries.
Key Responsibilities1. Client Acquisition and Lead Generation
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the UAE and GCC region across all service verticals.
Build a robust pipeline of prospective clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, digital platforms, and industry events.
Schedule and attend meetings with prospective clients to understand their business needs and present appropriate services.
2. Promotion of Professional Services
Actively promote the firm's range of services, including:
Auditing Services
: External and internal audits, RERA audits, compliance audits.
Accounting Services
: Bookkeeping, financial statement preparation, payroll, and reconciliations.
VAT Services
: VAT registration, filing, advisory, and voluntary disclosures.
Corporate Tax Services
: Registration, filing, tax planning, and transfer pricing support.
AML Services
: Implementation of AML/CFT policies, risk assessments, and regulatory compliance support.
Business Consultancy
: Feasibility studies, business restructuring, process optimization, and strategic advisory.
3. Relationship Management
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries and ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery in coordination with internal departments.
Monitor client satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
4. Market Research and Strategy
Conduct competitive analysis and stay updated on regulatory and market developments in the UAE and GCC.
Identify emerging trends and recommend strategies to tailor services according to client demand and sector growth.
Support the development of business proposals, pitch decks, and service brochures.
5. Collaboration and Reporting
Coordinate closely with the Audit, Tax, and Consulting teams to understand service capabilities and client success stories.
Maintain a CRM system to track leads, follow-ups, and sales conversions.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, client meetings, and pipeline status for management review.
6. Brand Development
Represent the firm in exhibitions, seminars, and networking events.
Contribute to the firm's digital marketing efforts by collaborating on content, case studies, and client testimonials.
Support strategic partnerships and referral networks.
Qualifications and SkillsEducation:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (mandatory).
MBA or professional certifications
Experience:
2-5 years of proven experience in business development, preferably in a professional services or consulting firm.
Familiarity with UAE tax laws, AML regulations, and FTA requirements is preferred.
Skills:
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Excellent negotiation and client engagement abilities.
Strategic thinker with a target-driven mindset.
Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and LinkedIn for lead generation.

Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage)..
