Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and creative Digital and Social Media Specialist to join our Real Estate team. As a Digital and Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts using new media and digital tools. You will be working closely with the Marketing and Sales departments. You should be able to promote our company and increase client engagement.
- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification for Real Estate Sales.
- Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content (original text, images, video, or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to act.
- Design digital media campaigns aligned with business goals.
- Coordinate the creation of digital content (e.g., website, blogs, press releases and podcasts)
- Liaise with Marketing and Sales teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Suggest and implement direct marketing methods to increase profitability.
- Manage leads and stay organized using CRM.
- Monitor ROI and KPIs
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company\xe2\x80\x99s social content.
- Continuously improve by capturing and analysing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information
- Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree
- At least 3yrs of experience in Social Media Marketing in the Real Estate industry
- Digital Marketing experience for 3yrs in the Real Estate industry
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of the Dubai Real Estate market
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
