DP World is hiring a Development Analyst for Build-to-Suit (BTS) projects in Dubai, UAE. The role focuses on financial modeling, feasibility studies, technical assessments, contract negotiations, and stakeholder coordination to ensure the successful execution of real estate and logistics development projects.

Core Duties

• Prepare financial models, feasibility studies, and investment return analyses (IRR, ROI).
• Evaluate lease structures, commercial proposals, and project CAPEX/OPEX impacts.
• Support technical assessments, site due diligence, and coordination with engineering and design teams.
• Assist in contract negotiations covering lease terms, project scope, and timelines.
• Coordinate among internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless information flow and timely decisions.
• Prepare project trackers, reports, meeting minutes, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Contribute to business development efforts by preparing customized BTS proposals and client presentations.
• Support PMO functions with best practices, processes, and frameworks for project management.
• Monitor project portfolios, align initiatives with business goals, and generate financial and progress reports.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, Engineering, or related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in financial modeling, real estate, or logistics development.
• Strong understanding of industrial/logistics/real estate financing and free zone operations.
• Expertise in project management, commercial awareness, and legal processes.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and performance evaluation.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.
