Azizi Developments is hiring a Structural Engineer in Dubai to strengthen its real estate development projects across the UAE. Job Details

• Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and contractors to integrate structural elements seamlessly into overall project designs
• Apply practical knowledge in temporary structure design and implementation
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with drawings, codes, and quality standards
• Resolve technical challenges during construction, delivering cost-effective solutions within budget and schedule
• Prepare and maintain structural reports, calculations, drawings, and client communications
• Review subcontractor submissions on formwork, steel structures, shoring, and dewatering activities
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and apply value engineering principles

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• 7-15 years of experience, including minimum 5 years in the UAE
• Expertise in reinforced concrete design and construction
• Skilled in AutoCAD, ETABS, STAAD Pro, and SAP2000
• Strong knowledge of Dubai Building Code, ACI, AISC, and ASCE standards
• Experience preparing Bar Bending Schedules and supervising structural draftsmen
• Background in consultancy and contracting, or equivalent design-and-build exposure
• Strong project management and coordination skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
