As an SAP Automotive Business Analyst, you will act as a key link between business users and technical teams to ensure the effective implementation, enhancement, and integration of SAP automotive solutions. You will document business requirements, assess current systems, manage system migrations (Autoline to SAP), and propose solutions that align with both operational and regulatory standards within the UAE\'s automotive industry. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and document existing business processes (AS-IS) and define improvements (TO-BE) aligned with SAP automotive systems
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to develop SAP-based solutions for vehicle sales, services, CRM, spare parts, and finance operations
• Provide expertise in SAP modules including SD, MM, FICO, and SAP Project Management
• Build reports and manage databases using SQL Report Builder
• Lead or support migration projects from legacy systems such as Autoline to SAP
• Ensure solutions comply with UAE automotive regulations
• Conduct ROI analysis for proposed SAP enhancements
• Deliver training, demos, and user documentation for SAP-related tools and processes
• Work with architecture teams to ensure scalable and robust SAP implementations

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
• 8 to 12 years of IT and automotive industry experience, including at least 4 to 6 years in a similar role within the UAE
• Strong domain knowledge in automotive processes including sales, after-sales service, parts, and CRM
• Hands-on experience with SAP automotive products and database management
• Experience in data reporting and business analytics using SQL
• Familiarity with SAP SD/MM/FICO, SAP EVM, or SAP Project Management is an advantage
• Proven experience in migration from Autoline to SAP is mandatory
• Excellent communication, documentation, analytical, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead workshops and training sessions with diverse stakeholders
