Position Overview
Azizi Developments is seeking an experienced QA/QC Engineer to join its construction team in Dubai. The role focuses on ensuring waterproofing systems are executed to the highest quality standards, preventing water infiltration and safeguarding long-term structural integrity.

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement quality plans for waterproofing projects in line with project specifications and industry standards
• Inspect and monitor waterproofing materials and applications to ensure compliance with approved drawings and codes
• Conduct site assessments and audits to verify workmanship and adherence to quality control procedures
• Identify non-conformities, oversee corrective actions, and follow up to ensure timely closure
• Manage and maintain project quality documentation, including inspection records and compliance reports
• Liaise with contractors, consultants, and project teams to resolve technical quality issues
• Provide training and guidance on waterproofing quality standards to site teams
• Prepare and submit regular reports on project quality performance to management

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction waterproofing execution within the GCC region
• Strong technical knowledge of waterproofing systems, materials, application methods, and building codes
• Proven ability to conduct inspections, manage documentation, and enforce corrective measures
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Valid UAE driving license is required
