We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused
Desktop Support Engineer (L1)
to join our client's IT support team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills and experience in desktop support, providing both on-site and remote IT assistance in a dynamic environment.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in desktop or technical support
Proficient with Windows and macOS operating systems, office software, and remote support tools
Familiarity with hardware troubleshooting, basic networking, and system configuration
Experience in CCTV installation and router/access point configuration
UAE driving license mandatory
Excellent communication and customer service skills
