to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining computer systems to ensure smooth operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first- and second-level support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and standard applications.
Respond to and resolve user requests via ticketing system, phone, or in-person support.
Maintain, update, and document IT assets, licenses, and configurations.
Assist with user account management (Active Directory, Microsoft 365, etc.).
Perform regular system updates, patches, and backups.
Set up and support remote access (VPN, remote desktop tools).
Collaborate with network and systems teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices.

Pay: QAR435.25 - QAR455.25 per day
