This role involves managing the implementation of design management systems and ensuring compliance with statutory, legal, and contractual requirements across a major portfolio of mixed-use developments. You will oversee design processes, coordinate resources, and deliver high-value projects through multiple stages, from planning and design to procurement and delivery.

What You'll Do

• Manage design activities to achieve business objectives, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate all stages of design management, including integration with construction, commercial, programme, and procurement teams.
• Provide leadership to design management teams and ensure operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with design briefs, governance standards, and stakeholder requirements.
• Support strategic initiatives for business development and client engagement.
• Prepare and present KPI data and reports to senior management.
• Promote collaboration, knowledge sharing, and innovation across teams.
• Drive sustainability initiatives and support carbon reduction goals throughout project delivery.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in design, architecture, or related discipline.
• Extensive experience in design management for large-scale developments within the UAE.
• Strong understanding of design governance, project lifecycle, and quality standards.
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
