What You'll Do

• Manage day-to-day design team operations and act as the primary client contact for design-related issues.
• Deliver design management to achieve strategic KPIs and business plan objectives.
• Implement design management systems, ensuring compliance with statutory, legal, and contractual requirements.
• Mentor and develop project teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and best practices.
• Leverage internal networks to support business development and work-winning strategies.
• Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and sustainability across all design processes.
• Drive innovation while ensuring compliance with local health and safety regulations.
• Champion diversity, inclusion, and well-being within the project teams.

Ideal Profile

• Degree in architecture, engineering, or related discipline.
• Membership in RIBA, MICE, CIBSE, CIOB, RICS, or CIAT preferred.
• Proven experience managing design delivery in mixed-use and high-end hospitality projects.
• Deep understanding of building safety legislation, standards, and construction contracts.
• Strong leadership capabilities and experience influencing senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience in sustainability strategies and carbon reduction practices.
• Previous UAE project experience is essential for client approval.
