Design Manager
Job Description
Responsibilities:
1.Mentoring the design team
2.Reviewing outgoing project presentations, drawings and specifications
3.Liase with clients and attend meetings
4.Interpret and translate client requirements
5.Reporting to the Managing Director
6.Working with the sales team to bring in new enquiries and creating fee proposals
7.Working closely with our technical team
8.Work closely with other consultants and contractors
9.Produce client presentations
10.Research and follow industry changes, evolutions and best practices
Requirements & Skills
1.Good conceptual skills and an eye for detail
2.Hospitality design experience would be an advantage
3.Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Indesign and Photoshop and or or other relevant design programs
4.Good communication and presentation skills
5.Degree in Interior Design or similar
