About Us:

Arista International is a leading interior design and villa renovation studio based in Dubai, delivering luxury turnkey projects across the UAE and the Middle East. We specialise in high-end residential interiors with a focus on detail, craftsmanship, and innovation.

The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Design Manager to lead and deliver exceptional design projects from concept to completion. The successful candidate will have a strong background in interior architecture, design management, and technical delivery.

Responsibilities:

Lead design projects across all RIBA stages (0-6). Develop concepts, produce technical drawings, and manage FF&E packages. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers. Prepare and oversee project documentation, timelines, and deliverables. Attend site visits and ensure design integrity during implementation.
Requirements:

Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Minimum 7 years' experience, ideally in high-end residential or hospitality design. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and ideally Revit. Proven ability to manage all design phases and teams. Strong technical understanding, including joinery and MEP coordination. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED30,000.00 per month
