Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Design HVAC systems, including load calculations, duct sizing, pipe routing, and equipment selection based on ASHRAE, SMACNA, and UAE regulations.
Develop plumbing system designs, including water supply, drainage, and stormwater systems, ensuring compliance with UAE plumbing codes.
Prepare technical drawings, schematics, and BOQs using AutoCAD, Revit, and relevant software.
Perform pump head calculations, ventilation system design, and chilled water system layouts.
Select appropriate AHUs, FCUs, VRF, chillers, ducting, piping, and fire protection equipment.
Work closely with electrical and civil engineers to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems.
Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality, DEWA, and other regulatory standards.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
5 - 7 years experience in HVAC, Plumbing, Design & Site Execution in the UAE
Hands-on experience in AutoCAD, Revit, HAP (Hourly Analysis Program), and MS Excel or relevant Software packages.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
