Mechanical Design Engineer (HVAC & Plumbing)
Preferred Profile:
We are seeking a qualifiedMechanical Design Engineer
with6-8 years of UAE experience
, specializing inHVAC, Plumbing/Drainage, and Firefighting systems
. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and hands-on experience with local codes and design practices.Qualifications:
UAE Attested Bachelor's degree from a reputed institution. Valid UAE Society of Engineers membership. Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards and practices. Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Supervise and inspect all site civil activities, including shoring, piling, dewatering, Develop HVAC, chilled water, and plumbing system designs from pre-concept to tender stage. Prepare load calculations, schematics, equipment sizing, and detailed layouts. Ensure compliance with ADM, Estidama, and Civil Defence requirements. Coordinate closely with architects for RCP and wall elevation integration. Review and prepare project specifications and bill of quantities (BOQ). Participate in design workshops and internal coordination meetings.
