Key Responsibilities:
Conduct inspections of HVAC, plumbing, and fire fighting installations on-site
Review project plans, specifications, and technical drawings for compliance
Ensure installation works meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards
Identify and document any deficiencies or deviations during inspections
Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and project managers to resolve issues
Monitor progress and ensure adherence to project timelines
Maintain inspection reports and documentation for compliance purposes
Enforce safety protocols and environmental regulations during inspections
Qualifications:
Proven experience as Mechanical Inspector or similar role in HVAC, plumbing, and fire fighting systems
Knowledge of relevant codes and standards (e.g., NFPA, local building codes, HVAC standards)
Technical diploma, degree, or certification in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Strong understanding of mechanical systems and installation procedures
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality
