Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership & Team Management:

Provide inspirational leadership and direction to the entire design team, including interior designers, architects, and visualizers. Manage team workload, foster a collaborative environment, and mentor team members to achieve excellence. Oversee the design department's resources, budgets, and operational planning.

2. Business Development & Growth:

Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to identify and secure new projects. Actively generate leads through networking, industry events, digital channels, and referrals. Explore and capitalize on new business opportunities and market trends within the UAE and beyond. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and projects.

3. Client Management & Project Acquisition:

Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, building and nurturing long-term relationships. Lead client presentations, design consultations, and negotiations to close high-value contracts. Conduct regular

site meetings

to ensure design intent is being met, address on-site challenges, and maintain client satisfaction.

4. Design Oversight & Technical Execution:

Oversee the entire design process, ensuring all outputs align with client expectations, brand standards, and budgetary constraints. Guide the team in

preparing designs, concepts, and renderings

that are both innovative and commercially viable. Ensure a deep

understanding of design

principles, materials, and fit-out methodologies is applied to all projects. Review and approve all final design presentations, drawings, and technical documentation before client submission.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
