The HR Business Execution (BE) Lead, Middle East & Africa (MEA) is responsible for the alignment and execution of HR strategic priorities set globally by the Senior Human Resources Officer (SHRO) for Banking & International and for MEA by the Head of HR, MEA, across multiple HR disciplines and business stakeholders.
The HR BE Lead drives the overall organizational operations of the Country HR team for MEA, leads strategic planning and execution of key HR initiatives and processes and provides support to the Head of HR MEA, including serving as a delegate or representative as needed. The HR Business Execution lead is a key enabler to the Country HR team's success and ensures HR prioritized outcomes are achieved. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of multiple areas within HR and how they interact in order to achieve the objectives of the function.
This position is a member of the MEA HR Leadership team and the Banking & International HR BE team. The role reports to the MEA Head of HR based in Dubai, UAE with a matrix line to the HR BE Head, Banking & International based in New York. Citi's Middle East & Africa cluster spans 29 countries across the Middle East, Pakistan, Central Asia, Israel, Levant, North Africa, Sub-Saharan Africa and Russia with circa 4,500 employees across all business lines.
