Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic

Design & Estimation Engineer

with a degree in

Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

to join our team. The role involves preparing design drawings, cost estimations, and technical/commercial proposals for

Solar Thermal

,

Solar PV

, and

MEP systems

.

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare

cost estimations and quotations

based on project specifications. Draft and submit

commercial offers

,

technical submittals

, and

supporting documents

. Modify and prepare

AutoCAD drawings

for technical proposals and system layouts. Send

RFQs

to vendors/subcontractors, evaluate quotations, and prepare

comparison sheets

. Issue

purchase orders

, follow up on deliveries, and coordinate with

logistics

. Liaise with the

inventory team

to manage stock levels and ensure material availability. Follow up on offers submitted, ensure timely feedback, and address

client queries

. Coordinate with customers for

technical clarifications

and support

pre-sales discussions

. Prepare and maintain

weekly and monthly reports

on estimation and procurement activities. Perform general

administrative tasks

, including documentation, file management, and office coordination.

Qualifications & Experience:



Bachelor's Degree in

Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

.

1-2 years

of relevant experience in

design and estimation

, preferably in

solar or MEP

sectors. Strong proficiency in

AutoCAD

Exposure to

Solar Thermal

,

Solar PV

, and

MEP

systems. Proficiency in

MS Office

(Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

Preferred:



Candidates on

Spouse / Father Visa

currently residing in the UAE.

Immediate availability


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
