Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
Support the GM in executing long-term strategies, new initiatives, and operational enhancements aligned with MiralaEUR(TM)s vision.
Collaborate with Zoological leadership to ensure unified operational excellence.
Manage IP-related communications and operational requirements.
Enable cross-functional coordination with Shared Services teams across Miral Experiences and Miral Destinations.
Use data insights to enhance experience, efficiency, and resource optimization.
Operational Management
Manage daily operations of attractions, rides, retail, F&B, entertainment, and shared on-site operational teams.
Oversee guest flow, crowd management, and safety across the park.
Ensure facility readiness, safety compliance, and operational consistency.
Lead and develop departmental leadership teams in achieving targets.
Serve as Acting GM when required.
People Leadership & HR Partnership
Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse workforce while maintaining a culture of performance and collaboration.
Partner with HR on organizational structure, talent development, and workforce planning.
Drive UAE National development initiatives and succession planning.
Guest Experience
Monitor and improve guest feedback metrics (GSS, NPS, TripAdvisor).
Ensure timely issue resolution and service standards.
Oversee Duty Manager readiness and scheduling.
Safety & Compliance
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and operational standards.
Conduct inspections and proactively manage safety risks.
Lead emergency response efforts.
Financial Management
Support annual budget planning and monitoring.
Track revenue streams across ticketing, retail, and F&B.
Support zoological revenue initiatives.
Identify cost optimization opportunities.
Business Development & Partnerships
Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams at Miral Destinations to maximize attendance and revenue.
Qualifications & Experience
Essential
UAE National (Emirati).
BacheloraEUR(TM)s degree in Hospitality, Business Management, Recreation, or related fields.
5+ years in operations management within theme parks, attractions, entertainment, or hospitality.
3-5 years in a leadership role.
Experience within a zoological facility or similar environment.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of budgeting, safety regulations, and operational standards.
Desirable
MasteraEUR(TM)s degree or professional certifications.
IAAPA certifications.
* 3+ years as a Head of Department in a theme park or major attraction.
