Job Description

A sister concern of Excel International India in Qatar and part of the reputed Excel Group, with over two decades of experience in the cleaning and hygiene industry across Qatar, UAE, and India, is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Deputy General Manager -Outdoor Sales to lead its sales operations in Doha. The ideal candidate will develop new business opportunities, manage key customer relationships, and drive revenue growth in line with company goals.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new sales leads and identify business opportunities. Conduct outdoor sales visits to clients across Qatar. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers. Manage and guide the sales team to achieve revenue and performance targets. Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly. Prepare and present regular sales reports to management. Plan and execute sales strategies to expand market presence.

Requirements

Graduate / Post Graduate (MBA in Marketing preferred). Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales lead or managerial position such as Regional, Zonal, or Territory Manager. Proven experience in outdoor sales within the cleaning and hygiene industry -- preferably with cleaning product distributors, facility management companies, or cleaning machine dealers. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Proven record of achieving sales growth and managing teams. Candidates with a Qatar or Middle East driving license will be given preference. Pay: QAR7,500.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month
