Key responsibilities for this role include:

A highly critical and visible supply chain role that will oversee Supply Chain Planning processes. This is a hands-on position responsible for developing and executing Demand Planning, Supply and Inventory Planning that will support achievement of sales and financial objectives. This role requires collaboration with other members of the supply chain, sales, marketing, finance, regulatory, manufacturing operations, logistics and customer service teams.

Key interfaces: Commercial business leaders Sales, Marketing and Commercial teams Finance and GIS teams Regulatory and Quality teams Vertical Supply Chain teams Commercial Supply Chain teams Export Customer Service teams Operational Compliance Subject Matter Experts Other internal & external stakeholders as required.

Demand Planning: To execute a collaborative process with the local teams in all activities surrounding generation of both short-term and long-term demand forecast for assigned portfolio. Review, consolidate and submit a monthly forecast (36-month forward looking) in Rapid Response for private market and institutional demand segments in-line with defined planning timelines. Optimize forecast accuracy both at the detail and aggregate level ensuring use of all available market intelligence (e.g. market trends, promotional activity, brand forecast review process). Proactively manage in-market sales in collaboration with commercial colleagues and conduct IMS/TMS conversions for budgeting and forecasting purposes. Work in close collaboration with Commercial and Finance teams to ensure robust and ongoing reconciliation and alignment between the Operational demand forecast and Financial Planning process, in particular to support Operating Plan and Quarterly Financial Forecast updates. Orchestrate and facilitate key forums to support demand plan generation including BFR meetings, Market S&OP, Product Change Management and New Product launch meetings, regulatory and submissions reviews as needed. Proactively work with the Vertical Supply Chain teams to maintain correct master data, ensure all supply chain agreements correctly reflect market requirements and ensure all relevant SKUs are appropriately maintained in the demand planning system.

Supply Assurance: Work in close collaboration with Vertical supply chain teams ensuring the appropriate replenishment plans and inventory management for the market (incl. Logistics Centers and in transit inventories) ensuring optimal inventory according to agreed inventory requirements and / or planning parameters of Viatris in - market inventory. Work closely with Vertical supply chain teams in managing aging inventory and work with Commercial, Finance and regulatory colleagues to develop mitigation plans to minimize obsolescence risk. Identify root causes for Supply/ Obsolescence issues to ensure that corrective actions are put in place and embedded across the organization. Validate with Vertical supply chain teams the monthly Supply Plan that supports the business forecast considering lead time, safety stocks and shelf life requirements. Proactively manage the impact of Global, Regional and Local supply issues, coordinating with and escalating to Vertical supply chain, to ensure timely resolution and proper communication with all stakeholders.

Logistics & Order Management: Ensure timely execution of orders and shipment management between distributors/institutions, export customer service and market teams aligned with contracts and SOPs. Contribute to the monthly and weekly financial period estimate reporting process and proactively escalate issues and risks for mitigation by different functions.

PCM - Product Change Management: Plan and coordinate Product Source changes (Plant Network Strategy-PNS), New Product launches, loss of exclusivity, artwork changes, etc. Ensure that supply plans proposed by Vertical supply chain teams are aligned with registrations, regulatory changes and timelines. Work in close collaboration with Vertical supply chain planners to ensure all proposed changes, localization projects and future business development projects are aligned with business and operational planning.

Operational Excellence: Ensure all processes are well documented in Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) with clear process flows, lead times and RACI charts aligned with company policies Drive ongoing process and cost improvement & efficiency for all demand, supply and inventory planning activities through strategic thinking, innovation, digitalization, and standardization.

The minimum qualifications for this role are: 5+ years of experience in similar roles in supply chain in a multinational organization and/ or pharmaceutical or FMCG industry is required Bachelor's degree required - preferably in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, International Trade, Supply Chain or Logistics Management Logistics/ Supply Chain qualification preferred Strong ERP system knowledge - experience in SAP or Rapid Response is required Incumbent must be fluent both written and verbally in English

Essential Personal Qualifications Strong supply chain management skills including: demand and supply planning, inventory management, master data, metrics, reporting and analytics. Business Acumen - is knowledgeable about the pharmaceutical industry and healthcare environment and key factors to business success. Proven ability to work in a complex matrix organization with issue resolution skills. Project Management skills - to manage multiple projects and competing priorities. Communication & Influence - strong interpersonal skills required to interact with various levels of management to deliver required outcomes. Strong data analysis and PC skills are required Highly motivated and accountable individual with continuous improvement mindset.
