Job Description
First Solution Management Services is looking for Male Collectors Analyst good In speaking and communicating with debtors for their overdue payments /strong negotiation skills
Job Location:- Dubai UAE
Salary:- 3,000.00 AED
Job Status:- Full Time
Task:-
- Recovering outstanding amount from delinquent customers.
- Acknowledge and resolve customers complaints
- Identify fraudulent customers
- Negotiate repayment terms
- Skip tracing
- Giving reminder calls on PTP accounts in terms of collecting the commuted amount from the customers
- Any further task need to be perform as per the job requirements
Must Have:-
- Strong negotiations skills
- Target oriented
- Capable of handling target pressure
- Able to work as per the given deadlines
- Problem solving skills
- Good written and verbal communication -
Education Requirements
- Minimum bachelor's degree holder
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
Experience:
Debt Collection: 1 year (Preferred)
