Responsibilities
Contacting customers or clients who have outstanding debts or payments. Sending payment reminders, invoices, or statements to customers. Recording payment information accurately and updating customer accounts. Resolving payment discrepancies and addressing customer queries related to billing or collections. Following up on delinquent accounts through phone calls and emails. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of collection activities.
Requirements
Degree/ Diploma in any is preferred 2 years of experience as a debt recovery officer Excellent
English
andArabic
