Key Responsibilities:
Follow up with delinquent clients to ensure recovery of outstanding amounts.
Manage collection of files with banks and companies in line with approved policies.
Negotiate repayment plans and settlements that align with company and client interests.
Build and maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions to support collection activities.
Prepare timely reports on collections and ongoing cases.
Coordinate with the legal department on cases requiring legal action.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in banking collections or debt recovery firms.
Established professional network with banks and companies.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Ability to handle multiple cases and work under pressure.
Proficiency in
Arabic and English
(spoken and written).
