Job Description

The DCDP - Baker is responsible for assisting in the preparation, baking, and presentation of all bakery products. The role requires knowledge of dough handling, proofing, baking techniques, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare and bake bread, pastries, and bakery items as per standard recipes. Maintain consistency in quality, flavor, and presentation. Ensure all bakery ingredients are properly measured, mixed, and stored. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area. Follow all food hygiene and safety regulations. Support the Chef de Partie in daily operations and staff supervision.

Qualifications & Requirements:



Minimum 3 years of bakery experience in hotels, restaurants, or catering. Knowledge of bread, croissants, rolls, and desserts. Strong attention to detail and time management.
