Key Responsibilities:
-Prepare and present fresh, creative, visually appealing pastries, desserts, cakes, and bakery items.
- Innovate new menu concepts and seasonal dessert collections aligned with market trends.
- Specialize in French & Italian pastries (croissants, eclairs, mille-feuille, cannoli, tiramisu, panna cotta, etc.).
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, food quality, and presentation.
- Monitor stock, manage ordering, and minimize wastage.
- Guide junior pastry team members and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Collaborate with management on menu planning and costing.
- Follow all food safety and HACCP guidelines.

Requirements:
- 4-6 years in a similar role within high-end pastry kitchens or fine dining restaurants.
- Expertise in French & Italian pastry techniques.
- Strong creative and presentation skills, aligned with global dessert trends.
- Ability to work independently and lead a small pastry team.
- Knowledge of artisan bakery.
- Flexible, detail-oriented, and passionate about continuous learning.
