Key Responsibilities:
Supervise the packing team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Monitor packaging processes to maintain quality and hygiene standards.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations (HACCP, GMP, etc.).
Train and guide packing staff on best practices and safety procedures.
Optimize packaging efficiency while minimizing waste.
Maintain records of packaging activities and report to management.
Inspect packaging materials and finished goods for defects.
Enforce workplace safety and hygiene policies.

Experience:
Minimum [4] years in food product packaging, preferably in bakery products.
