DC Master Trust Delivery Analyst (London or Bristol)We're looking to hire a Defined Contribution Delivery Analyst based in our London or Bristol office. This role will be a hybrid position, with 2-3 days in the office each week.What can you expectInsight into the changing world of pensions and financial wellness, opportunities to progress within the team and play a role in the evolution of pensions.Responsibility, alongside members of the team, for the efficient ongoing running and operational effectiveness of a range of Mercer's DC and Individual Wealth solutions, including Mercer Workplace Savings, the Mercer Master Trust and Mercer's digital engagement solutions.Input into and deliver on the strategy set by the Client Delivery Leader.Working with the wider team on operational related management for clients and supporting the Client Delivery Leader on the operational & commercial running of the team from a solutions perspective.What is in it for youWe offer competitive salaries and comprehensive benefits25 Days Annual Leave, with the option to buy or sell up to 5 days per yearExcellent defined contribution pension scheme with up to 12% employer contribution (based on a 4% employee contribution)Private Medical InsuranceWe will count on you to:The main responsibilities of this role are broken into three distinct areas:Governance and Client ManagementWith help from the team, accountable for ongoing service delivery to clients, focusing on SLAs, KPIs, client reporting, some client relationship responsibilities and maintaining a continuous improvement plan to maximize client ROI. Works with the team to proactively support client consultants to deliver/discuss standard reports, promote product enhancements and identify opportunities for growth.Inputs into overall client management, retention and continuous improvement strategy with the Client Delivery Leader.Responsible for service related management for the portfolio of DC & FW suppliers and acts as the main point of escalation for service delivery and sales teams. Works with internal departments and service providers to manage issues to resolution.Acts as support point for individual client escalations - owns client issues to resolution, ensuring that issues are managed and escalated appropriately and communicated to delivery teams.Represent the team at client meetings and service provider governance meetings.Acts as a client champion internally.Operational and Commercial ManagementCreate, own and maintain a client database directory to ensure all client information is accurate and up to date.Alongside members of the team is responsible for the development and achievement of business performance against SLAs, KPIs and other key criteria.Alongside members of the team, ensuring all client deliverables are known and managed.Solution ImplementationParticipates in and supports the new business and tender process including pricing new business, RFP completion and beauty parade scenarios.Supports solutions implementation team on new client implementations of DC and Individual Wealth Solutions (including pension and digital engagement products), working with all teams within the DC & FW business.Assisting with project calls with clients and works with the client to define and sign off systems requirements, milestones, manages RAID logs and client experience throughout the process.What you need to have:The drive/confidence to challenge processes and look at ways of improving workflow First rate communication skills Good experience of MS Office, particularly Excel The ability to work in a collaborative team environmentUnderstanding of pensions What makes you stand out:Passion and drive to seek the best possible outcomes for our clientsRelevant qualifications/certifications (Not necessarily pensions/financial focussed)About us provides insights, advice and technology-driven solutions to help build brighter futures for our clients, colleagues and communities.
