Job Summary:
e are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry & Document Controller exclusively for UAE Nationals. The role focuses on accurate data entry, document management, and record keeping. The ideal candidate is organized, precise, and able to maintain up-to-date records in line with company procedures.
Key Responsibilities - Data Entry, Customer Interaction & Technical Support
Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in internal systems, spreadsheets, and databases.
Organize, control, and archive documents, ensuring proper naming, version control, and easy retrieval.
Maintain document registers, logs, and trackers for all files.
Review documents for completeness and accuracy before filing or submission.
Support departments by retrieving records and documents when needed.
Follow document control procedures and ensure confidentiality of company information.
Identify and report missing, incorrect, or outdated information to supervisors for correction.
Assist with basic administrative tasks related to documentation and data management.
Qualifications & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent; diploma or certificate in administration, information management, or related field is a plus.
0-2 years of experience in data entry, document control, or administrative roles.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Accurate typing skills and strong attention to detail.
Ability to follow instructions and work within established procedures.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
