Job Summary: Looking for a Data Entry Clerk in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

• Accurately input a wide range of information into the company\'s computer systems and databases
• Review and validate data for errors or discrepancies before and after entry to ensure data integrity and consistency
• Regularly update and maintain existing records to reflect changes or modifications as required
• Organize and store both electronic and physical data in an orderly and accessible manner, adhering to company guidelines and security protocols
• Conduct routine data quality checks to identify and rectify errors, inconsistencies, or missing information
• Maintain strict confidentiality and security of sensitive information to uphold data privacy and protection standards
• Prepare reports and summaries based on the entered data as per the requirements of management
• Collaborate with other team members, supervisors, or department heads to resolve data-related queries and maintain effective communication channels

Job Qualifications and Experience

• Should be a graduate or Diploma holder
• Practical experience working as a data entry clerk required
• Should demonstrate speed and accuracy in data entry tasks
• Strong computer literacy and familiarity with data entry software, database management systems, s well as MS Office Suite
• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data input and validation
• Ability to handle repetitive tasks and meet deadlines without compromising accuracy
• Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets
• Fast typing skills and knowledge of touch typing system is strongly preferred
• Good organizational and time management skills to prioritize and manage data entry tasks efficiently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members and address data-related queries effectively
