The Role
- Scheduling and booking customer service and repairs for technicians with customers in a proactive manner . Update customer on the progress of the job in a timely manner . Booking/logging in urgent jobs . Job card entry-open and close . Movement updates in System (fleet and lease) . Change of sub status in status . Answer phone calls . New vehicle checklist entry in system. . All admin related jobs in workshop.
- Female . Can join immediately . Must be based in the UAE . Age between 30-40 . Must have good administration skills . Must be able to communicate clearly . Must be well versed with Microsoft Office - particularly Excel
