Job Description

Via Medica International Healthcare LLC is looking for a Data Entry Clerk to join our Team. The Data Entry Clerk transfer large volume of information into the database and keep the data/records current when new data are collected.

Qualifications:
  • Diploma in any field or related
  • Must have an experience in SAP Business One
  • Minimum of 1 -2 years of experience
Essential Functions:
  • Transfers data from various sources into the new database by entering text and figures in databases/SAP or related software.
  • Updates databases or records with new information as it becomes available.
  • Identifies, corrects, and modifies inaccurate files and records.
  • Conducts regular checks to ensure data is saved and stored properly.
  • Organizes paper formats, paper backups, and material source files as needed.
  • Scans and organizes documents for filing.
  • Handles other office duties such as filing documents, answering phones, and ordering supplies.
