Via Medica International Healthcare LLC is looking for a Data Entry Clerk to join our Team. The Data Entry Clerk transfer large volume of information into the database and keep the data/records current when new data are collected. Qualifications: Diploma in any field or related Must have an experience in SAP Business One Minimum of 1 -2 years of experience Essential Functions: Transfers data from various sources into the new database by entering text and figures in databases/SAP or related software. Updates databases or records with new information as it becomes available. Identifies, corrects, and modifies inaccurate files and records. Conducts regular checks to ensure data is saved and stored properly. Organizes paper formats, paper backups, and material source files as needed. Scans and organizes documents for filing. Handles other office duties such as filing documents, answering phones, and ordering supplies.
