Role Summary
Al-Futtaim Group is seeking a highly experienced Data Capability Manager specializing in full stack web-based development to join our Data and Analytics team in Dubai. This strategic leadership role focuses on scaling Azure-driven data platforms, building custom web apps, integrating complex systems, and delivering innovation in data engineering. The ideal candidate will be a UAE National with over 10 years of experience in the data and analytics domain.

Core Duties

• Lead and develop a high-performing data capabilities team focused on Azure web-based full stack development
• Build scalable and reusable web and function apps, integrating ASP.NET, MVC, C#, Azure MFA, and APIs like Microsoft Graph
• Manage end-to-end prototyping and stakeholder presentations to drive business transformation through data
• Oversee SQL Server and no-SQL platforms including MongoDB and Cosmos DB
• Design and maintain user interfaces with jQuery, Bootstrap, HTML/CSS, and custom plugins
• Integrate Azure resources such as DevOps, Event Grid, Function Apps, Service Bus, and Databricks
• Apply best practices for data modeling, governance, logging, debugging, and user authentication
• Maintain source code using Git and Azure DevOps in both Agile and Waterfall environments
• Collaborate with other engineering leads to ensure successful implementation across diverse technology stacks

Candidate Requirements

• UAE national with Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 10 years of overall experience in data and analytics platforms
• 5+ years in full stack web development including .NET, UI/UX, API integration, and cloud deployments
• 3+ years of hands-on experience building data pipelines, ETL integration, and analytics enablement
• Proficient in Microsoft Azure ecosystem including Azure App Services, SQL DB, Function Apps, and security protocols
• Skilled in Python OOP, PySpark, Databricks, Unity Catalog, and cloud-based data operations
• Added advantage: SAP BW/BO/ERP experience, Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, and SCIM integration
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities with cross-functional teams
